Our Electrical Services in Beaux Arts Village

From a single new circuit to the wiring of an entire renovation, each of these services has a page of its own that explains what is involved and what tends to shape the price. If you are not sure where your project fits, a short phone call usually settles it.

Why Neighbors Choose Us

There is no secret to it, really. We try to be the kind of electrician we would want working in our own homes, which comes down to three habits we keep on every job, from a single outlet to a full renovation. They are also, we suspect, why so many of our calls come from neighbors of people we have already helped.

Rows of breakers and neat wiring inside a panel
  1. You see the price before anything begins

After the visit we send a written quote that separates materials, labor, the permit and any inspection fee. Nothing is folded into a single mystery number, so you can compare it fairly with any other bid and ask about any line you like. If the scope changes once work is under way, the change is written down and agreed before it happens.

  2. We tell you when less will do

Not every project needs a bigger panel or a new service. When the load calculation shows your existing equipment has room, we say so plainly and design the job around it, which often saves a considerable sum. When more capacity genuinely is needed, the calculation that proves it is attached to your quote.

  3. We leave the house as we found it, only better

Floors are covered, openings are kept small and patched neatly, and every breaker we touch is labeled before we go. You should be able to tell an electrician was here only because things work. Before we leave, we walk you through what changed and answer any last questions.

How a Project Unfolds

Five unhurried steps, from your first call to the moment the inspector signs off.

  1. A conversation

You ring, describe the project or the trouble in your own words, and we ask just enough to bring the right tools and parts on the day.

  2. A visit to your home

We walk through the space, open the panel, and talk through the options with you. The visit is free and usually takes under an hour.

  3. A written quote

Within a day or two you receive an itemized price. Take whatever time you need; no one will chase you.

  4. The work itself

On the agreed day the work is carried out carefully, with the permit already filed and the rooms protected.

  5. Inspection and handover

We meet the inspector, then walk you through what changed and hand over a clearly labeled panel.

Beaux Arts Village and the Eastside

We look after homes in Beaux Arts Village and the communities that surround it, from the quiet lanes near the lakeshore to the neighborhoods along Bellevue Way and out past the I-90 corridor. Wherever you are on the list below, the visit, the written quote and the standard of work are exactly the same.

Familiar roads

Bellevue Way, I-405 and the I-90 bridges are the routes we drive every week, so we plan arrival times around them honestly.

One standard everywhere

A charger in Issaquah receives the same load check and permit handling as a panel change in the village itself.

A single number to call

Whichever town you are in, (000) 000-0000 reaches us, and we will tell you plainly when we can visit.

Questions We Are Often Asked

If yours is not here, we would be happy to answer it on the phone.

Is the estimate visit really free?

Yes. For any installation or project, one of us comes round, studies the panel and the room in question, and afterwards sends an itemized quote in writing, all without charge. You are under no obligation to go ahead, and nobody will press you for an answer.

What does a panel upgrade usually cost?

It depends on the size of the new service, whether the meter base has to change, and how much the utility needs to be involved. Rather than quote a range that may not apply, we price your specific house after the visit, with each part of the work listed separately so you can see where the money goes.

Is there a warranty on your work?

There is. We warrant our installation labor for two years from completion. If something we installed loosens or misbehaves because of how it was fitted, we come back and set it right at no labor charge. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate, and wiring we did not work on is not included.

Could you put an EV charger in our garage?

Almost certainly. We check the spare capacity in your panel, plan the most sensible route for the circuit, and fit either a hardwired wall unit or an outlet for a plug-in charger. Detached garages and long runs are perfectly manageable; they simply take a little more planning.

Do you take care of urgent problems?

Yes, within our posted hours. A house half in darkness or a panel that feels warm is placed ahead of booked visits. Should you ever see smoke or sparks, cut the main breaker if it is safe to reach and dial 911 before anything else.

A Little About Us

Beaux Arts Electrician is a small residential firm that prefers doing a modest number of jobs well to rushing through many. The person who visits your home is the person who prices the work and carries it out, so there is never a gap between what was promised and what is done. We would be pleased to meet you.
