What Happens After You Call
Three simple steps.
We listen
You describe the project or the problem, and we ask enough to come prepared.
We visit
At a time that suits you, we look at the space and the panel and talk through the options.
We write it down
An itemized quote follows within a day or two, for you to consider at your own pace.
Before You Call
How soon could you visit?
Estimate visits are usually arranged within the week. Urgent faults during posted hours are given priority.
Should I be at home?
It helps if you are there for the estimate, since we like to walk you through what we see. On work days a key or code is fine.
Which towns do you cover?
Beaux Arts Village and the Eastside towns listed above. Please ask if you are just beyond them.
May I send photos first?
The quickest route is a phone call. We will tell you whether a visit is needed and arrange it.
What if it is after hours?
Smoke, sparks or heat mean the main breaker off, if you can reach it safely, and a call to 911. For anything else, ring us when we open.
We Look Forward to Hearing From You
One call arranges the free visit, and the written quote follows soon after.
